Hello!

I’ve noticed my mood going downhill for the last few months and I get angry and upset over the smallest things.. that’s just the start of it but things have hit rock bottom the last few days 🙁
I have twins aged 10 months and a 2yo. Any help, advice is much appreciated.

  • I think it can be diagnosed even years later. Please seek medical help.


  • They usually say 1-2 years, but sometimes it may never be too late, especially if trauma is involved. Please see someone x

  • Diagnosed over 1 year after birth and have read article about diagnosis of depression at the 4 yr mark being more common now


  • I think you can get it up to around 2 yrs, but would not say for certain


  • You should probably speak to someone about your feelings. It can take a while for depression to be diagnosed but the sooner you find help the better.

  • It’s easy to loose ur temper when u r sleep deprived and mentally exhausted. It does get better tho 🙂


  • try and do some small things that you enjoy for yourself, even a nice bath with candles. things will get better with time
