Exactly 7 days for an emergency c-section with twins. I don’t think they like to send you home quickly (it takes so long to recover anyway and you often need to continue pain relief medication after discharge). Ask in advance what they expect if you’re not sure.

If there are no issues, it’s around the same time as a normal birth. I know that’s how it was for my friend. Once home she had to be careful
