Way too much, having said that, they do participate in alot of after school activities so I try not to beat myself up too much.

I like to go off the government recommendations for screen time which include zero hours for under 18 months (with the exception of video calls)

My Kids aren’t really to interested in TV but they like the IPad – they are allowed half an hour after dinner once everything else is finished or for long car trips they can use them.

Mine still has a small attention span so not much at all but it’s mostly because he will watch a couple of minutes of a show at most and then he’s done.

I dont mind mine watching tv as they are usually playing in between watching shows. I try to limit their time on the ipads.
