How to care for newborn's skin?

Hello!

I have a 10 day old baby and have noticed that her skin is really dry and flaky. We were warned not to bathe too often so have only given 3 baths but wondering whether I should be applying amy form of moisturiser or do I just let it do it’s thing?

That is 100% normal. If it’s bothering you rub some coconut oil on it. But it happens to most babies
