I never used a potty, I found it better to use a training seat on the toilet. Allow her to see you go and offer a special toilet related reward like some special big girl undies that she can use when she learns to toilet. Something with a character is good so you can say things like ‘you need to go toilet because Elsa doesn’t want to be peed on’. It takes time and encouragement but persevere and she’ll get there.
