Healthy diet and exercises can help. Also accept that your body changes after pregnancy and giving birth and that’s ok.

Unless you’re Michelle Bridges or the like, you’ll never completely get rid of your baby belly. With sensible eating and exercising it should reduce considerably. Don’t push yourself!

try a cleanse maybe and if you are breastfeeding, make sure that it will be safe to use.

Not sure what its called but its like a tube, great for people like myself that have had twins, helps put everything back together. You can get ones for when you sprain your wrist and they have big ones for your tummy
