It is really as versatile as having chicken so think of things you would use chicken in and substitute turkey. You could start with yummy sandwiches, you could make turkey patties I use mashed potato, chopped up meat any flavourings you like them shape into patties and roll in bread crumbs (I use gluten free ones.
You could also put in pasta bake or quiche, but slices and gently warm up in gravy serve with smart veggies and you have a second smart dinner.
Sliced the meat will freeze make sure you layer with plastic and cover well to prevent frost bite.
