I'm 5 days over bubs due help date

Hello!

I’m 16 almost 17 and I’m 5 days over my due date. I’m getting really up set that he hasn’t came out yet. I feel like I must be doing something wrong. I just really want to hold my little one. I don’t understand why he’s not came out because the midwife said I was 2cm dilated on his due date.

This is an old post now – but I do hope everything went well for you and bub. Sometimes bubs can be quite tricky with arriving on time.

Going overdue is so frustrating. My dd was 10 days late and I was so over pregnancy. It doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong, some babies are just late. Hopefully bub will come soon and you’ll get to snuggle with him.

By now you should be having check-ups every week. I suggest you discuss your concerns at your next appt. Is it possible your due date was incorrectly estimated?
