    i have never seen it in store but there is a recipe on here that looks so good and i would love to try it. I wonder if i can substitute it.

  • You made me curious, so I looked in Internet. If I am not mistaken, it’s known with very different names: Molokhia, Molacheya and a lot more.
    It looks like it’s a leafy green vegetable. Here more information about it.
