Are you sure you can call it molesting? He is 3, would he even know how to molest? It’s a terrible thought, but have you considered someone is touching him? Please don’t be offended by the question, I felt I had to ask….

Most boys that age dont seem to know you are supposed to wear clothes.
they would rather run wild and free. (Free of pants)
And doing activities with clothes on is the same as clothes off for them.
They usually grow out of it after a little while.
little kids also play with themselves (masturbate) which is even more awkward. Just point out appropriate and non appropriate behavior and also teach privacy for private parts.

My son would get naked often and run off to his bed at this age. He kept stretching, playing, drawing, sticking stickers on his boy parts, I not sure how they survived lol. He got out of it tho, I think it is a stage they go through finding their bodies. But yes we asked him questions as in, had he seen anyone do that ect, he said no, we didn’t make a big thing about it just told him it was inappropriate around people and out of his home ect.

I would suggest talking with a community health nurse or paediatrician. They can advise and support you with childhood development concerns. Also; there are a wealth of good books on childhood development. I invested in some good books and they are helpful when there are any concerns.

I have two boys who are both past the getting naked stage but both did it although neither did anything like molesting or cuddling up to teddies at the same time.

MY eldest son use to srtip naked and run around the house, he also had a facination with stretching his doodle, and he grew out of it. Next time he does something you think is a little odd talk to him softly sit down with hugging and ask him why he does that to his teddys. dont stress to much as he might not be able to reply but he might just say i like to do it. might be time to replace the teddies or tell him the teddies are for bedtime only.he should grown out of it

THE MOLESTING AT HIS AGE I AM NOT SURE THAT ITS OK, TOUCHING BODY IS CURIOSITY SO DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU MEAN BY MOLESTING? HOPE THIS HELPS

I have read of this type of behaviour before where children will do this when they are winding down. Tried. I would not make a big deal of this, just guide him by offering him a bubble bath as he already undressed himself. Any time of day is fun to play with bath toys. You could replace the teddy bears with some new toys. Something like Lego or a Hero toy he may like, a train set or a Hot Wheels set where the cars fly along a track. Keep his teddy if he ask’s for it for bedtime. It’s just a phase.
