Hello!

Anyone else having trouble adding their Insta handle to apply to review? I’ve tried with/without @ and # with my Insta name. Never had this happen before? Anyone know what I can try pls?

  • Very odd this issue is happening for you. I don’t believe I’ve added the @ on mine and it was able to be applied. If you continue having issues with it being applied to your profile you could flick an email through to admin and see if it is being reflected properly on their end


  • I am not sure what would be causing this issue. I have never had any problem with Instagram when doing reviews. There must be some trouble shooting you could look at doing. Have you tried Googling the issue you are experiencing? THere might be some helpful advice on there perhaps? THat’s where I usually go to get answers 🙂


  • No, not had this problem. Try clearing your cache or using another browser. I’ve had no problems with Chrome. You could also open incognito if you’re having no luck. It’s fun applying for all the different things, but would be great if all our details were saved each time so we didn’t have to fill out every time.


  • Sorry, no I haven’t had trouble, usually when applying for a review there is a box in which you type in your insta handle and it’s unlimited in characters etc. I would either see if you can mention it in another section, reach out to them via email or try and apply using a different device and see if that changes things?


  • This might have to be the something for the admin to help you with.
