You have to ask first. I think people wanting to touch a belly are generally coming from a place of well wishes, but it’s always best to ask.

I will not do it because it might put her off, but only if she wants me to do it.

It should be fine. If your very close and have a friendship that is huggy friendship, I’m sure it’s not a problem but you can always be courteous and ask first before going to touch someones belly even if its your friend. .

Always ask first! I hated people touching me when I was pregnant unless it was a close friend or family member and even then I would expect them to ask.

I would always ask before just diving in and doing it! Everyone is different with these things. I didn’t mind at all, but have had friends who hate it

If they are a touchy feely person may be no different than a hug to them. But I was always ask it’s someone’s personal space.
