As long as its cooked. If you’re eating fish – ensure its the smaller fishes or those that are lower in the food chain? Tuna has a higher mercury content but some is still ok. Have forgotten the limits
only eat cooked seafood. and try to limit the amount you eat. it has to do with mercury or something, i dont entirely remember, but i was told by my gp that 2 portions a week is enough.
From what I believe seafood is vey risky if not cooked properly . During my pregnancies I only stuck to fish because it is a food that get constantly reminded it is full of Omega3 etc.. which is good for the brain development etc.. Also seafood is not cheap for your budget and must always be fresh .
