Is there much to do in Mudgee besides visiting wineries?

My husband and I are planning to go to Mudgee for a weekend getaway. I had a look online there seems to be a lot of wineries. Is there much else to do?

google the area and the council should have a list of things to do.

Contact their local tourist bureau, they have all the local activities, I think you’ll be surprised at what there is to see and do
