My breasts were sore 2 weeks after stopping the pill & turned out I was pregnant. I started leaking colustrum at 18 weeks. Didn’t happen at all with my 2nd pregnancy.

Yep, I stopped feeding my second when she was 18 months, pregnant with 3 rd 6 months later. I don’t think my milk ducts had actually closed between them, started leaking early and didn’t have the same ‘opening up’ sensation I had the previous 2 times
