  • I no longer do resolutions; however I have started to have a word (or two) for the year. It has given me a sense of direction or focus for the year, without the strict constraints of a resolution. There is less pressure to stop doing something or more of another.

  • I have tried to have new years resolutions but i find them too hard to keep too, this year i have gone with one goal as I feel it is more achievable for me. Each person is different but i do think some people put too much pressure on themselves to have lots of goals.

  • Every year I make New Years Resolutions but 1 week in I intend to stop. But this year I am determined to do my New Year Resolutions.
I have started one already so we will see how I go with the rest of the year here’s hoping I can stick to it.

  • Along with my comments below; the strategy I use to achieve resolutions and goals is to write them up and have them placed where they are seen all of the time. It really does make a difference to see resolutions and goals and it provides the motivation to work hard on them.

  • I absolutely love to make New Years Resolutions and goals and devise a strategy for achieving all of them. It is so important to have a plan for achieving resolutions and goals otherwise they do not get achieved. It is also important to have a back up plan and strategy if any of the resolutions and goals go of course a little and then get back on track with achieving them.
