Heat packs and gentle stretching exercises relieve pain a bit. A check up with your GP could be helpful too as you may have an underlying medical issue causing the pain. When mine was at its worst, only codral pain relief pills worked, unavailable these days
Have you been checked out by a dr? I have had horribly painful periods since I first got them at 10yrs old. It wasn’t until it came time to try for a baby that I was finally diagnosed with PCOS. Nothing really works for me but Nurofen Plus sometimes takes the edge off.
If it is ongoing speak with your GP.
I use pain relief & heat packs.
As crazy it sounds I’ve often been told orgasm, something to do with relaxing the muscles which will ease the cramping. Have not tried for myself but it has been suggested.
Warm baths, heat packs, and a really good pain reliever. Rest if you need to. Try to eat something nutritious if you can. Sleep if you can. Maybe get checked out to make sure you don’t have endometriosis/fibroids/etc.
My thoughts are with you.
