Hello!

I don’t wear make up much but I would love some quick and easy make-up tips to encourage me to wear it more often.

  • I think no make-up is the quickest and easiest 🙂

  • BB cream is a saviour and easy to apply

  • get a tinted moisturizer and just some eyeliner and lip gloss

  • foundation and some eye liner and you can look totally made up

  • I think if you have your base worked out thats a good place to start. Look for a foundation that matches your skin really well, then cover lightly with a mineral powder to set. Use a little bit of blush on cheeks and mascara with a nude or light tone lipstick for a fresh woken up look 🙂

  • I think just doing eyes and lips (lightly) is a good semi made up look.

  • After years of working in a job where I had to have a full face of make-up every day, I was over wearing it. I left that job and found myself at home when I didn’t have to wear it, and I admit it made me lazy and I got to the point where I hated putting make-up on. I wanted something easy and now I’ve got a simple routine for when I go out. I use something like Avon Bronzing Beads to give a bit of colour, a quick bit of blush, a dash of mascara, and a little lipstick. And I always put fragrance on, and I feel so much better making just a little effort.

  • If you’re not used to wearing makeup, start with a tinted moisturiser and mascara.

  • If I have to wear makeup I usually just go with a great foundation, a little powder, some eyeliner, mascara and some lippy, I dont wear it often but dont buy budget makeup,

  • there are some good comments here

  • Most days I will just brush on a powder, and a touch of mascara. That’s all I wear for everyday wear. There’s a powder that I LOVE, which is great for uneven skin tone, Physician’s Formula Correcting Powder, it is all different colours in the compact, but it wears great, you can get translucent or tinted. I love it.

  • I find just Mascara & a very light lip tint can do wonders to boost your colour and appearance.

  • Try before you buy! You could also book in for a proper consultation with a beautician or at your local myer or David jones

  • a tinted bb cream and some eyeliner, you can look totally made up in no time at all

  • I love Arbonne’s CC Cream. Sometimes I mix a drop of our foundation with it and it gives a completely different finish. Then a bit of blush, translucent setting powder to help it last all day, and mascara and I’m done. So quick and easy and it’s a flawless finish. • I love my mineral powder. ( skin O2)
Some thin Lizzie as contour, blush & eyeshadow.
Mascara & a quick lippie. It takes me around 3 minutes.

  • BB cream does sound good

  • I agree with the BB cream ladies. Also, Mary Kay has a ‘2 minute makeup’ compact which you can use for your eyes, cheeks and lips. It’s quite expensive though, so have a look and maybe ‘copy’ it with a cheaper brand?

  • I agree with the previous comment , BB cream is great, very light, lipgloss or lipstick and a bit of mascara and you are don, I like the Garnier one the best they even do a sensitive skin one. If you want more for evening put pressed powder over and some blush.

  • Tinted BB cream, a little cream blush and some lip gloss and that’s all you need to look great in a flash!
