I have ikea and they are now 7 years old, three children and still going strong. Highly recommend.

I like the cheap but good quality ones from k Mart or big w. Doesn’t really matter if it gets damaged coz they won’t use it for too long.

I like the plastic ones better but make sure they have a back on them.

the outdoor plastic ones are good. the wooden ones are quite sturdy but can’t be used outside as much unles sunder cover

A well made wooden set will last longer than plastic. We got one from a second-hand furniture store, and it’s still going strong 10 years after we bought it.

We got one from BigW it was tinkers brand and has a storage compartment in the top and the top also flips over to be a blackboard.

Deals Direct have a childrens wooden set, it looks like the outdoor wooden picnic table with long bench style seats.

We have both, we got a plastic one from Magnet Mart and a wooden one from second hand store

We bought a nice table with 2 chairs from toys r us.

If you are after something cheap, I would just try the cheap stores like Crazy Clarks for the plastic ones.

gumtree. I suggest you keep an eye out for ex preschool chairs, plastic with metal legs. I found my son was falling off the cute wooden set i brought him so i just brought 2 ex kinda chairs of gumtree $5 job done 🙂

I like wood as they last, but they are hard to find. Kmart have craft wood ones cheap

I hope you managed to find one! Wood is definitely better, I’ve bought plastic chairs before and they just end up breaking.
