Noumea is expensive….an island hop on a speed boat was a cheap alternative to excursions booked through the cruise lines.
Isle of pines was great for a bit of scuba diving….make sure you take a couple of bread rolls from breakfast…..the fish will love you and swarm around you.

Have you been cruising?. I don’t think I would end up taking the kids on a cruise at that age. My aunty took her boys but they were in their teens then

Now a days cruises have kids sections to keep them busy. Ask if there is one.

What might be a good idea when you get home from it, is to make up a photo scrap book each for the kids so they can look back on it. You could even make it into a story book.

How exciting. Make sure you take loads of pictures with the kids in, because it will be hard for them to remember anything at such a young age when they get older.
