Although I can’t help with a specific recommendation: could you consider a mobile hairdresser? Perhaps your son would be more inclined to sit still if he’s in his own home, and feels comfortable and secure. My kids were always pretty good with the hairdresser but it seems like something that might be worth trying.

just cuts is a good place and they have a dvd player for the kids.

just cuts have alwyas been ok for kids hair cuts

I would just do it myself at that age, and make sure you save some locks of hair!
