  • There’s lots of Anzac recipes online. The basic recipe is similar throughout most of them. So that should be easy to replace. The batter from your grandfather is a different story as it could be a secret fsmily one and you may never find a replacement that’s good enough

  • these sound like nice recipes – i might have to try them myself

  • thank you every body for your help in recipes I lost :)

  • Many Anzac cookies recipes at MoM website or you can try at taste.com. Hope it can help you.

  • I get all of my recipes from mom now…some great ideas

  • You already got the anzac so I will share my scallop.
Use cream, garlic and vegeta— mix in jug
Then all you do is fry onion and bacon and a tiny bit of garlic.
Layer your potato, layer your onion bacon mix, pour cream mix and sprinkle with cheese.
    Keep layering over and over.
Everyone will love it, we served this at the shop and it was a big favourite.

  • I grabbed that one when I seen it thank you
