Salmon wrapped in pastry recipe?

Hello!

I recently purchased from the freezer section at Woolworths these salmon parcels wrapped in pastry in a creamy sauce.
They were amazing but so very expensive.
I would like to make some of my own at home from scratch.
Would anyone have a recipe they could share with me.

Just try a basic white sauce and then add the herbs you want to go with it ie: dill or parsley and smear it on the fish before wrapping in the pastry

Maybe try taste.com – they always have great recipes on there and I’m usually very happy when I cook from their site.
