Should I approach my friend?

Hello!

I have a friend who had her 5th child at the start of the year. However she is still treating her daughter like a newborn and doesn’t allow her to lay on the floor. She is alway holding her or laying her in the pram. Should i approach her about it or just let it go?

Maybe try and talk to her about it. It could be that she sees this baby as her last and is trying to keep her as a baby for as long as possible. It could be just that this baby doesn’t like the floor and does like being held

You could maybe start a conversation and find out her reasons for this. She may have a perfectly valid reason. When you know why, take it from there
