  • We all struggle sleep routine is a big one I would try to be prepared and just go to bed early

  • I’m struggling with it too…..
am trying to keep to the clock but is very hard!!!

  • Following the clock and usual routine helps with the transition.

  • We’re all over the place…some say adjust naps by 15 minutes every few days?

  • I think it’s just giving it a week or so to get used to it. My body always takes a few days but then it adjusts.

  • Try block out curtains and go with your body clock-if your not tired, hop up have a cup of tea/ etc and when you are tired try again. We don’t have it here but my sister does in NSW it can be challenging.

  • No light-saving here in WA either. It’s just question of time and you will soon get used to the new time.

  • We don’t change our clocks here in QLD so it’s not an issue, but when I lived in Melbourne and we went to daylight savings, it always took me a couple of days/nights to get back into my normal sleep pattern. You really just need to follow the clock and not the conditions outside!

  • It messes up my whole day, not just sleeping! Tea was so late last night because I was watching the daylight, not the clock. I’ll get used to it, end up enjoying it, but it’s a struggle to begin with

  • We found the transition easy.

  • Nope but a dark room helps

  • I try to follow the clock as soon as possible to adjust quicker

  • I find routine is the best way to get it back
