  • A good mattress and a comfortable pregnancy pillow – different ones suit different woman. I use a long one and have one end between my legs and hug the upper


  • There a pillows you can get to use whilst pregnant. They are fantastic. They provide support while you sleep. Sound like a pillow wouldn’t make much difference, but you’ll be surprised


  • I bought one that converts into a feeding pillow when bub is born that then into a seat when bub starts sitting up :)


  • oh yeah go the maternity pillow! it was the only way that i could sleep and then just after the baby is born it will help for when your bits are hurting to keep your legs off it lol. i don’t know how to word that description any better lol

  • sleep on your side with pillow between leg and cross other leg over pillow, good tried it and comfortable in bed

  • I also found it better to sleep on my side with a large pillow between my legs helped with hip pain.


  • I got a huge maternity pillow on a shape of U that is wonderful, I can’t sleep without it. I also put the aircon on so the bedroom is nice and cool. Perfect for a good night of sleep when you are pregnant.


  • I used a maternity pillow, placed between my knees and under my expanding bump. it helped my hips and back so much, and it also gave me something to cuddle

  • I found sleeping on my side with a pillow between the legs helped me get a good nights sleep. Also make sure the bed cover are not to heavy when its warmer weather.
