Hello!

I’m out of ideas of what snacks to give my 2 year old. I’m trying to give more natural and filling snacks but don’t know where to start.
I usually give snack bars, Apple, orange, banana, cherry tomatoes, rice cakes. If anyone has any other ideas would love to hear them.

  • Mine loved cheese and crackers, nuts, vegetarian sausage, mini pizza’s, vegetable muffins, corn fritters, zucchini pancakes, try to refrain from sugar and over processed foods.

  • Cheese, cucumber, rice crackers

  • Ooh I’ll try thanks ladies.

  • When mine were toddlers they loved zucchini slice and mini muffins (banana, berry, carrot etc – just go easy on the sugar). I would batch cook and freeze.

  • I swear by the one handed cooks book. They have so many great recipes for the littles and they’re so easy to whip up and healthy too. They have quite a few free recipes on their insta and Facebook pages that you could try.
