No, actually, they aren’t tge best. Rinse regularly in clean hot soapy water and zap in microwave daily

It depends how long you have used them for and what you have used them for. I have seen people periodically bleach them, hand wash in detergent, put in the dishwasher or replace them.

I change them everyday and may use several a day depending on the use 🙂

I put sponges in the microwave for 2 minutes at high temperature. In particular after having washed cutting boards where I cut raw meat.

I use dish cloths; I have an enormous roll of them and change it weekly.
