A dentist might be able to give you some hints on how to get her to stop.

It is a phase, that will pass eventually, they are really just getting used to their teeth.

I think you should try to get her a mouthguard ASAP so she doesnt damage her teeth while she breaks the habit. A dentist will have better advice about stopping the grinding though.
