  • Head into your local chemist for advice and recommendations. They are so friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable

  • Wotnot products do a sunscreen suitable for babies. Not sure about the repellant though.

  • Unless it has been removed Rid has deet in it.
When you select one check what is in it……and keep the packaging. If it has no side effects on your baby’s skin you will probably be OK. I know a lady who right from a baby had severe reactions to sunscreens. Even the change in the % caused issues. We had a severe problem with a reaction to one brand. Although the boy didn’t end up going past the verandah and stayed in the shade, his skin went brick red. It looked really nasty – like a skin disease of some type – trip to the Dr. who diagnosed it was a reaction and prescribed special cream and then moisturiser and mild child dose of anti-histamine as it was still going even redder. They rarely advise the use of antihistamine for children.

  • I would say just about every chemist would have sunscreen for babies. They can advise on the best one

  • You can get baby friendly sunscreen from any good chemist. Probably even from the supermarket

  • I used a brand called Moove & it was brilliant!

  • Cancer council sensitive skin, they also have one with insect repellent in it or banana boat

  • I always use Banana Boat for the babies and kids. Just a word of warning though, dont go to the pharmacy/small store near The Opera House. We went on a road trip to Sydney, and got to the Opera House when I realised I didnt have any sunscreen with me, and it was 44*C. I went to this store and nothing had prices, and I ended up paying over $20 for a minute bottle of sunscreen. I will never forget it again lol

  • Off insect repellent and Banana boat roll on sunscreen.

  • I’ve never seen an insect repellant for babies – talk to your chemist or even give one of the companies who make it a call and ask them.

  • I don’t know what shops in Sydney area, talk to your Chemist

  • Banana boat have some baby sunscreens and you can just but from supermarkets.

  • Banana boat is very good, but a chemist should be able to help you.

  • My little one uses banana boat. check your local pharmacies they will have heaps of brands.

  • I think it would be best to just check out your local pharmacy. I know there are various brands with spray on sunscreen for kids but im not sure at what age they suggest you can start using it.

  • banana boat do a babies sunscreen and there is Moov insect repellent which is more natural. Be careful of rid, and aeorguard as the have DEET in them.

    I found this was helpful
