  • Get a new husband haha. Get him checked for sleep apnea

  • Mute snore rings or snore strips for him, making him roll over, and noise cancelling sleep headphones or earplugs for you.

  • He might have sleep apnea, get him checked. If he’s overweight, losing weights can certainly help. Sleepstrips can help too and I would absolutely get ear plugs ! I think I would give him a wee push too to have him rolling over and maybe also a bit out of annoyance 😉

  • Get him checked for sleep Apnea most important

  • lol really interesting comments read on this!

  • We have tried everything except surgery …. roll him over!!

  • roll him over, cpap helped mine
    make him loose weight

  • Get a snore ease strip. They work awesome.

  • Interesting question, and fantastic answers, I am following this as I am the snorer, I am sure my husband thinks I do it deliberately, it has caused many sleepless nights for him, it is a difficult problem to solve.

  • A pillow held down over the face should do the trick. Seriously though, get him to a doctor to find out if there’s a medical reason for him snoring, and if there is, then get it fixed. Otherwise I’d recommend industrial-strength ear-plugs for you. They worked for me.

  • I would suggest murder but thats illegal, in my case a poke to the ribs works a little

  • they have different products you can try (like nose plug things etc)

  • get him to see a sleep specialist and get checked for sleep apnoea.

  • Ear plugs! But if he’ll help, there are snore stop aids you can get from chemists. They are like a mouth guard.

  • there are some good comments here

  • Some good advice there below.

  • A swift elbow to the ribs?!?

  • same method as LYNZSTEVO uses – works well

  • i need and answer to this too

  • Usually an elbow to the ribs works for me lol, He’ll roll over and the snoring stops.
