He might have sleep apnea, get him checked. If he’s overweight, losing weights can certainly help. Sleepstrips can help too and I would absolutely get ear plugs ! I think I would give him a wee push too to have him rolling over and maybe also a bit out of annoyance 😉

Interesting question, and fantastic answers, I am following this as I am the snorer, I am sure my husband thinks I do it deliberately, it has caused many sleepless nights for him, it is a difficult problem to solve.

A pillow held down over the face should do the trick. Seriously though, get him to a doctor to find out if there’s a medical reason for him snoring, and if there is, then get it fixed. Otherwise I’d recommend industrial-strength ear-plugs for you. They worked for me.

I would suggest murder but thats illegal, in my case a poke to the ribs works a little
