Colloidal silver – a natural antibiotic – was used in the days before penicillin – works really well..but apparently a lot of tonsillitis is viral so upping immune system with zinc, c, vit a and D, in form of cod liver oil would be helpful too

its a natural bacterior killer and will sooth it

Even if she can’t drink it a gargle then spit works as well

My boss used to get it chronically until a doctor told him stop having full cream milk. Perhaps switch to skim milk or non-dairy milk?

I would add that you need a healthy immune system, so up the probiotics 🙂
