We have an enormous orange tree in our back yard, and the crop of oranges is going to be enough to feed a small nation. Last year I gave a lot of oranges away, and used a lot to make fresh orange juice (which was absolutely delicious). Then at Christmas, I was making a recipe that required Candied Orange Peel, and I thought of all the orange skins that I’d thrown in the bin. I’d like to try and make Candied Orange Peel myself, and I wondered if anyone had an easy recipe to do this? It’s a kind of old-fashioned thing to do, so maybe someone’s mother or Nanna has a recipe for it. I’ll cross my fingers that someone may be able to help me.
