  • I like a mix of jellies and a few boiled lollies.

  • Smarties, freckles, musk sticks, licorice, kit kat….there are so many great ideas on pinterest too!

  • Fruit jelly type lollies, like the raspberry lollies. They hold in place really well.

  • I like jelly beans and smarties / m&ms.

  • Ice never tried to decorate a gingerbread house, but I’d say hard lollies rather than jelly ones.

  • Freckles, jelly beans, chocolate buds, musk sticks the list is really endless, all depends on your preferences

  • Definitely Musk sticks and M@Ms and Freckles oh yummy

  • Jube Lollies usually go well and small candy canes.

  • I would buy the lollies I like. Nothing too heavy.

  • I found smarties, skittles and jelly lollies to be the best and then I threw in some glitter (which I regret)

  • I choose things that are light as I’ve found most gingerbread houses seem to collapse if there’s too much on them.
Sprinkles, mini M&Ms, choc chips and the like. Probably doesn’t sound too eye catching but colourful Christmas Sprinkles and spray on edible glitter really gives it some sparkle.

  • Just choose your favourite’s also there are decorating sugars that you can sprinkle on the roof to represent snow (Pastel blue) or for a cheaper option use blue jelly crystals. Decorating snow flakes are also available.
My choices for lollies would include musk sticks, jubes, smarties or M&M’s, freckles, candy canes and lolly pops, marshmallows and choc drops.

  • Gummies and smarties!

  • I choose lollies we all love, then the imagination gets creative.

  • Spearmint leaves, Musk sticks, smarties and the larger sprinkle shapes you buy for cakes like stars and circles. You can get some lovely snowflake ones at cake decorating shops too.

  • I suggest jubes or smarties, but I’ve seen some people use boiled lollies to great effect.

  • Smarties or mnms, licorice and snakes ????
