  • Facial hair I like to get threading done

  • LAser is the most effective and long term

  • Best I have ever used is the epilator electric Karmin!! ;)

  • I prefer to wax my eyebrows and lips and shave my legs

  • Nads mum apparently believes is good to remove hair from face or body.

  • Just a razor that’s sharp and shaving cream made for sensitive skin. I would love to get a full wax done but that hurts.

MOM93821 – i think she means an epilator-An epilator is an electrical device used to remove hair by mechanically grasping multiple hairs simultaneously and pulling them out.

  • I prefer a razor for my legs but I would love to remove the hair permanently by laser one day.

  • mom101628 – what is an Epaulette? Thanks. Do other Moms’ know the cost of laser removal and other methods? Interested to know. Thanks.

  • My daughter is a beautician and she told me that if you remove the hair by the roots it will not grow back as much as it used to do. I use an Epaulette and I have noticed the hair is noticeably less the longer I use it. Hope this helps.

  • I wax my eyebrows because I find it is faster and less painful than plucking (over faster anyway!) I just shave my legs and armpits, or sometimes I use depilatory cream if I have the money. I’ve tried waxing my legs but the hairs go in different directions and I did a terrible job. If I could afford to I would get everything waxed at a salon.

  • i just shave my legs etc. if i feel like splurging then i will buy the veet foam thing (i’m having a mind blank right now) you spray it on and then it takes off the hair. That is pretty easy to use and my hair is so fine anyway that i don’t need the bladeless razor to help take it off. Waxing is a lot of stuffing around and those heatless strips don’t work properly in my experience. Like i said, it could be because my hair is fine. I have never tried facial stuff but i used to get my eyebrows waxed until i got sick of having to come home and pluck the strays that were missed. In saying that, i loved the smooth feeling that i had afterwards!.

  • Wax.
I would do laser if I could afford it.

  • Bub I forgot to add in my last post I dont use the razor on my face, I would suggest a bleaching cream, waxing or Hair removal cream.

  • Waxing if you can handle the pain, some areas of the body hurt more than others. But for me its my Razor that i use, im time poor and have found it to be quick and easy.

  • Waxing is too painful,l use a Philips razor on my legs, too easy!

  • Good to see someone posting a natural remedy-Missey Grace.

  • I use a very simple remedy:
    1 tablespoon of sugar
    5 tablespoons of water
    1 teaspoon of lemon juice
mixed them together and apply to area of concern, allow 10~15 minutes to rest, then wash it off with water and at the sametime gently rub the mix against the surface, you should see the reduction of the unwanted hair. Repeat if required.
