What can I do about pregnancy nose bleeds?

Midwives say no to worry. But friend wakes up regularly to see she’s had a nose bleed through the night. Happening occasionally through the day too

This happened to me throughout my third pregnancy. it stopped as soon as I gave birth, and as far as I can tell, had no ill effects. So maybe don’t worry.
