  • Curries sausages, throwing it all in the slow cooker, veggies and all and it’s super easy and the kids love it.

  • I think a barbecue is the easiest way to go. The salads can be prepared early or you can get friends to bring a salad to share and the meat can be marinated or seasoned earlier. Then it’s just a case of sitting back with a glass of something icy cold and wait for the meat to be ready
