Go to Priceline or Chemist Warehouse as they have heaps to choose from and some testers too . I used to use toner but found they didn’t benefit me much even though others have said it cleanses better if you tone first . Make sure they are gentle with no harsh ingredients . Brands such as Garnier or Neutrogena are affordable , while organic ones are slightly dearer.

I use Skin Clarity. It comes in a set with cleanser, toner, repair cream and pimple cream. I have problem spotty skin and it’s fabulous for me

lol yes i was going to suggest witch hazel as well. it is great for preventing acne also.
