I use telfast 180. It helps me. I try not to use it all the time, but find it works better for me when using it daily through the 2nd half of spring until about halfway through summer, then just as needed throughout the year. I have animals that tend to cause me issues during this time.

I’d ask at a pharmacy for the best medications.

Claratyne works for me and there is a child version for kids too.

My hubby always have Clarityne, it works for him.

I have been using Nasonex and the results vary.

I have been on allergy tablets for many years , on and off. You just need to be careful as you can get addicted ( like any drugs I guess ). Also I was advised to switch brands now and then eg Telfast, Zytec, Chemist brands etc.. so that you don’t get used to the one . In summer are the worst as get the itchy eyes . throat etc. Also stay away from pollen and vaccum your house regulary to get rid of dust .

NAsonex is good but you need to use it continually to build up your resistance.
