I always thought of it as paneer cheese. Is it different to this?

yeah it would be worth a try. def would have to use a recipe so as to enjoy it properly 🙂

Your question got me very interested in this cheese, it is a fresh unsalted white cheese and works well with very spicy dishes. The reading on this cheese is very interesting.

Paneer cheese is similar to curd and is used in Indian cooking. Is this the cheese you are interested in?
