Tamarind is good in curries and can be sourced at grocery stores and speciality shops.

Try it. I hope you like it too. Don’t add too much thought because it has quite a strong taste.

It’s a fruit. With a weird shape. I buy this Tamarind paste in Coles and add it to curries. It gives a very special taste!
