I’d say it’s 22 degrees

I don’t really think it has to be ideal. Too much pressure on yourself there as everyone is different. Just dress them appropriately.

Around 20-22 probably is the ideal temp for everyone.

I have my daughters room set at 21 as I find this to be the best for my child. There is a recommendation however try what works for you and your child around those temperatures

We find the temperatures below to be comfortable for everyone in the family.
