Side with lots of support pillows.

Definitely on your side with a pregnancy pillow to support hips and back. If you suffer heartburn or nausea then on the left side gives you best relief

I bought myself one of those pregnancy pillows, the really long body ones. Snuggling up to that, having it support certain bits, definitely helped me
