Just by being with them, in anyway. Responding to their cries, holding them, loving them..

This one was super hard for me, as the “natural” bond didn’t happen. I tried to spend quiet times with them. whether it be with them sleeping in my arms. Having a coffee while they played on the floor, hugging them, smelling them, making sure that even until probably 6 months there was skin to skin time.

Talk with them communication is a very good trick to be close to ur child play with them

Yes smiling, chatting, singing, skin to skin are all beautiful ways to bond. But in general it’s just spending time and showing your love, you can’t give too much love at this stage
