Calamari pizza with mayo and other topping it was delicious and so worth it

We went to the trawlers to get prawns one day, but they had ran out. So we got creative and bought some fresh whole squid. How hard could it be to make calamari… long story short it was horrible and didn’t turn out.

Crab…. certainly unusual boiling the whole crab in a pot and then getting the flesh out!

I made butter chicken and rice last week. Is that exotic? I know it was delicious

Mediterranean food from an incredible Mediterranean cookbook has inspired me in the kitchen.

Not overly exotic here thanks to hubby. It would have to be fried rice and sweet and sour chicken
