My son adores The Very Hungry Caterpillar!
He used to eat as much as the caterpillar does on Saturday at every meal, and it had numbers, so was a win win for him. Otherwise he loves his math books, but prefers to do those on his own because he understands it and I don’t!

My 11yr old likes the Diary of a Whimpy Kid. My 7yr old (T21) likes any book with bright pictures and little amount simple texts in big enough letters.

The gruffalo and hairy maclarey. I think they love the rhyming text.

Mine is a bit older, so is obsessed with The Diary of a Whimpy Kid series.

When my daughter was little she loved all Dr Seuss stories. And Mex Fox’s too. “Where is the green sheep?” was one of her favourites! 🙂
