  • the current favorite is Japanese style curry and rice with tofu schnitzels. it is a family favorite


  • It’s definitely Pork or Beef Spare Ribs


  • A nice roast with duck fat potatoes or he does love a good parmi


  • crumbed lamb cutlets. He calls it his death meal – ie the meal he would request if he was on death row


  • Anything roasted, including the veges.


  • Slow cooked lamb shanks. Makes him so happy and so easy to make.


  • He loves a roast, but I think he appreciates any meal he doesn’t have to cook!

  • He loves when I make Tacos. Actually the whole family does!! I do mince & also a honey soy chicken. That way the kids have a non spicy version.

  • Meat and vegetables. So boring and fussy. I’m a chef so love getting creative but he loves the traditional old dishes
