Planning a trip is fun for sure, especially when you have plenty of time and can take all time to investigate, read and search for good deals and especially when your wallet has little limits, lol ! With our kids getting a bit older they like to put in their thoughts and idea’s as well and it’s nice when each family member can organise a part of the trip.

The idea of travelling with young kids is more stressful then actually doing it.
I get myself so worked up planning how I’ll keep my toddler happy, entertained and fed to get to the holiday and he’s actually super chill and goes with the flow. Probably just a me thing though haha

Give me actually unpopular/ controversial so something other than “Dubai/vegas sucks”, “resorts/ cruise/ disney people aren’t actually travellers (is there anything more cringe than calling yourself a traveller lol)”, “_____ world class city is overrated because of my bad experience”.

Mine is that I like planning trips sometimes more than taking the actual trip. My feet don’t hurt that way lol. And also fancy hotels are crucial for me enjoying a trip! https://100001.onl/

I have to agree! The planning is so much fun! I definitely spend a long time researching and choosing our itinerary but I also like to make sure I’m flexible to change and unexpected opportunities. I find starting early and signing up to the company websites often present special deals etc that might not have been available at the door
