  • Thank you for your replies MoMs. I posted this question some time ago. My weight has remained pretty steady but I’ll keep trying.


  • I think exercise is more effective than eating particular foods.


  • Green Tea is a great start. There are also things like ‘green teax50’ which is a little sachet you mix with water and drink twice a day. These worked wonders for me! Eating regular portion controlled meals and exercising everyday also helped boost my metabolism. Sticking to natural foods, meat veg fruit etc will help a heap too. Limiting things like bread and processed snacks.


  • Thanks Mom94125. I’ve tried green tea in the past and was not a fan, but I guess it’s an acquired taste and I’ll have to keep drinking it to reap any benefits.


  • apparently green tea is the go then! helps you to lose weight. i think that maybe some foods can help but i can’t think of them right off my help so you could google this and check it out.
