What time of the day do you feel fatigue set in?

I get two periods of fatigue, in the afternoon about 4pm and then again at around 9pm.

If possible, I have a nap or quiet time around 1.30 so I don’t keel over just when the kids get home.

I defiintely go through an afternoon slump at around 4pm.

Around 7am, when I get up! Just can’t seem to get a good, full nights sleep anymore

Around 5:30pm every night. I’ve done the after school rush and not quite started dinner and I always feel exhausted around this time.

I’m the same. Ususally around 3 or 3.30 I get overwhelmingly tired, and if I’m at all close to home and a couch or a bed would love to lie down for a nap!
